Well, we just got back from dropping my oldest baby girl off at the airport. Four months in Rome. I feel like the umbilical cord just got hacked with an axe. Yes, I'm excited for her. Yes, I'm proud of her. Now, if I can just stop bawling every time I think about how far away my JuJu Beeno will be.
And to make matters worse, on the way home from our trek to the airport, our 11 year old son's voice decided to start changing. Oh, all the signs were there. He's changed so much, so fast this summer. I barely recognize him when I LOOK at him, now I can't recognize him when I HEAR him. Where'd our baby Al-Monster go?
*sigh*
This day has been way too emotional for this Mom.

Aw, feel better soon, Bev. *hugs*
Thanks Annie. Although hugging me is dangerous right now- at worst, I'll drown you; at best, you'll have a very soggy shoulder. *sniffle*
Aww Bev! Here's a hug for you! I'm sending well wishes your way, too.
I know that I will be bawling too in 2017 when my little one goes away. In fact, I can't even think about it right now!
Thanks Gewn. You know, I never shed a tear when the older two left for college. But this was freakin' TRAUMATIC!
